  • We take great pride in the quality of our products. Wooden products may have variations in the colour of your wood due to layers and grain layout. Engraving may come in different levels of darkness due to the layers in the wood.

  • The colour of any product may vary slightly from your computer screen due to monitor settings.

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

Orders:

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • If a design draft or proof is required for your order, it will be emailed within 5 business days of receiving it.

  • All items are made to order. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1-2 weeks for most orders. Additional time will be needed for large wedding orders.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Pricing:

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Prices include GST but do not include shipping costs.

Payments:

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated.

  • All payments must be received in full before shipping.

Shipping:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Tracking information will be provided with all orders.

  • Local pickup is available from Baulkham Hills, NSW. You can choose this option at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • We ship Australia-wide and internationally to China, Ireland, the United Kingdom (UK), Canada, the United States (US), and New Zealand.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Due to the custom nature of each order, returns are not accepted.

  • If your item has been delivered, we are not responsible for it being stolen once it is on your premises.

  • If we can see that your order has been lost, we will replace it.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
